Agreements & Working Contract

1. Deposit and Payment Terms

A deposit is required to secure the date and time slot for the photo shoot, which is non-refundable but transferable for up to one year from the original booking date, provided the request for a date change is made 24 hours in advance and the new date is available (exceptions apply for weather conditions). Package amounts and the remaining balance for all shoots are due on the day of the shoot. Accepted payment methods include Venmo, PayPal, cash, or Zelle. Please note that there are no refunds on deposits once paid.

2. Satisfaction and Photo Shoot Terms

No refunds will be issued for any completed photo shoots. Reshoots may be discounted at the Photographer's discretion. Re-edits are not included in the price of the photo shoot but can be purchased, along with Photoshop enhancements, for an additional fee.

3. Right to Cancel

The Photographer, Leah Joy Love, reserves the unequivocal right to cancel the scheduled photo shoot for any reason deemed necessary, including but not limited to circumstances that may render the Photographer feeling exposed, threatened, bullied, or unsafe. In such cases, the Photographer shall not be liable for any refunds to the Client. The Photographer will provide prompt notification of any cancellation to the Client. Additionally, Leah Joy Love retains all rights to the creative flow, direction of the shoot, and timekeeping throughout the session.

4. Deliverables

The Photographer reserves the right to determine all final deliverables regarding images from the shoot. Typically photo sets are delivered in two weeks digitally to all clients unless otherwise stipulated.

5. Raws and Additional Fees

Raws are not included but can be purchased additionally. Clients may purchase the entirety of the memory card used, for an additional fee determined by the photographer.

6. Photo Credit

Clients are required to give photo credit to Leah Joy Love Photography, leahjoylove.com, or @leahjoylove on social media whenever possible for both social media and print usage of the images. Clients are asked to tag appropriately as “leahjoylove.com” for larger projects or whenever Leah was directing the shoot.

7. Copyright Ownership

Leah Joy Love retains copyright ownership of all artwork created from the shoots at all times. All subjects share licensing with Leah Joy Love. Clients can purchase copyright licensing and permission for an additional fee. Copyright sharing allows Leah Joy Love to use photos from the shoot for marketing purposes unless otherwise stipulated by the Client prior to the photo shoot.

8. Videographers and Additional Photographers

No videographers or additional photographers are permitted on any of Leah Joy Love's photo shoots without prior discussion and approval from the Photographer.

9. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

The Client agrees to keep all locations, pricing, and key proprietary details of the shoot confidential. Any sharing or disclosure of this information without the Photographer's consent may result in legal action.

10. Model Release

The Client grants Leah Joy Love the right to use and publish photographs taken during the shoot for promotional purposes, including advertising, marketing, and social media. The Client acknowledges the right to grant this permission and that there are no conflicting agreements that would prohibit the use of the images as described.

11. Booking Agreement

By booking Leah Joy Love Photography and receiving this contract, you agree to these terms and details regardless of signature.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Arizona.
